Rogue Beast Warrior Exclusive Protein Powder Custard

 


Protein Custard (Single Serving)

Use ¾ to 1 full scoop of protein powder per serving (each serving is substantial).

Mix with 4 to 8 oz of water — less water yields a thicker custard and reduces cooking time.

Add 1–2 tablespoons each of butter and heavy cream to boost the fat profile and help blunt any insulin response from the amino acids.

Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes, adjusting time based on water content.

Top with additional butter and a splash of heavy cream before serving.

Optional: Add cinnamon or a sugar-free sweetener like brown sugar Swerve, erythritol, or monk fruit to taste

*vanilla extract or other flavors are your choice but are obviously less following a carnivore or primal-eating plan.
